Confidence Labs

Terms of Service

Confidence Labs (Lee Nguyen) · Last updated: August 15, 2026

These terms cover the Confidence Labs apps — Rehearse – Sales, Rehearse – Interview, and Rehearse: Social Anxiety — and this website. By using the apps, you agree to them.

What the apps are (and aren't)

The apps are practice tools: you rehearse conversations out loud with an AI. They are not professional advice. Rehearse – Sales does not provide sales consulting or business advice, and Rehearse – Interview does not provide career or hiring advice. Consult appropriate professionals for real decisions.

Rehearse: Social Anxiety is not therapy. It is not mental-health treatment or medical care, and no clinician reviews your sessions. If you are experiencing clinical anxiety, depression, or another mental health condition, please work with a licensed professional.

AI-generated content

Practice conversations and feedback are generated by AI. They can occasionally be inaccurate, awkward, or unexpected. Treat them as practice material, not facts or guarantees, and use your own judgment.

Accounts

Some features require an account. Keep your credentials to yourself, give us accurate information, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings — not inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their store policies.

Acceptable use

Don't use the apps for anything unlawful, don't try to break into or disrupt them, don't reverse engineer them, and don't use them to harass or harm others.

Your content and ours

You own what you type, say, or upload; you give us only the limited license needed to run the service for you. The apps themselves — design, features, and technology — belong to us.

Disclaimers and liability

The apps are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. They depend on third-party services (Firebase, OpenAI, Anthropic, Fish Audio, the app stores) and may occasionally be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Termination

You can stop using the apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
